Position Structure and Key Responsibilities

The Fractional CTO will engage in a mix of coding (10%), leadership and collaboration (70%), and client engagement (20%). They will lead the global development team, foster innovation, and manage project delivery excellence. Responsibilities include team leadership, strategic planning, project oversight, client collaboration, technical leadership, process optimization, mentorship, and risk management. The CTO will also ensure alignment with clients' business objectives, drive technology strategy, and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Developer with deep knowledge of Laravel, Vue.js, and Nuxt3. Experience in a CTO or similar leadership role within the software development industry is crucial. They must possess strong leadership and team management skills, be skilled in problem-solving, and excellent at communication. Candidates based in North America and able to work EST hours are preferred.
