Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Engage proactively with the Web 3.0 ecosystem, including companies, developer communities, and VCs to elevate Trust Wallet as the preferred wallet.
• Drive Trust Wallet's growth and presence through strategic partnerships with blockchain partners and various dApps sectors like NFT Marketplaces, GameFi, DeFi, SocialFi, etc.
• Closely interact with crypto builders to understand community needs, positioning Trust Wallet as the premier wallet infrastructure for projects.
• Analyze impacts critically, seek regular feedback, and make data-driven decisions for directional growth.
• Implement marketing and growth strategies to accelerate user expansion for projects and partners.
• Gather market insights, provide user feedback, and coordinate with teams to foster market/community growth.
• Provide partner feedback to inform product team decisions, identify new opportunities, and shape the future business case.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape to maintain a strategic edge.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of business development experience with a focus on acquisition and partnerships.
• Interest in blockchain industry work and a strong passion for growing the blockchain community.
• Product knowledge in Trust Wallet & cryptocurrency is crucial.
• A track record of surpassing business development goals.
• Resourcefulness, problem-solving tenacity, and a client-focused approach.
• Ambition, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently.
• Data proficiency and understanding of marketing and operations metrics.
• Skills in Google Workspace (Google Docs and Sheets).
