Senior SEO Specialist Role

The Senior SEO Specialist at Upfeat will engage in on-page technical analysis/audits and collaborate with content teams to perform content gap analysis and keyword research. The goal is to produce competitive content that adheres to Google's guidelines on high-quality, user-focused information. The role also involves helping internal teams implement SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting content gap analyses and keyword research to generate new content ideas.
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape and Google algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborating with various teams to incorporate scalable SEO best practices into significant projects.
  • Defining goals and metrics, monitoring these through analytics tools, and scaling successful SEO strategies.
  • Identifying SEO growth opportunities through technical audits and competitive research.
  • Utilizing no-code/automation tools and AI to enhance SEO tasks.
  • Assuming additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of Senior SEO experience in the eCommerce/online savings industry.
  • Experience managing SEO for high-traffic websites, minimum of 1m+ organic search traffic per month.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with demonstrated expertise in SEO strategies and content creation.
  • Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Successful track record in improving website health, growing domain authority, and boosting non-branded website visits.
  • Experience with no-code tools and knowledge of the no-code space.
