Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team with a remote work setup in Greece, requiring occasional site visits in Athens. The role includes a Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM schedule, serving a global leader in the life sciences and consumer goods manufacturing sector. Proficiency in both Greek and English is mandatory.

Core Responsibilities

The role of the Senior Recruiter involves comprehensive job discussions with hiring leaders, efficient review of applicants, launching targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, and utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates. The individual will also be responsible for preparing candidates for interviews, maintaining communication regarding application status, conducting insightful phone interviews, assessing fit for the role, building a talent pipeline, and managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in RPO, engineering, manufacturing, chemical, or similar fields, particularly recruiting for roles such as Operators, Factory staff, and Supply Chain positions in Greece. Familiarity with recruitment technologies like ATS, social media tools, Boolean search, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Understanding of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics is also essential.
