The individual will also be responsible for preparing candidates for interviews, maintaining communication regarding application status, conducting insightful phone interviews, assessing fit for the role, building a talent pipeline, and managing stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in RPO, engineering, manufacturing, chemical, or similar fields, particularly recruiting for roles such as Operators, Factory staff, and Supply Chain positions in Greece. Familiarity with recruitment technologies like ATS, social media tools, Boolean search, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required. Understanding of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics is also essential.
