About the Job Opportunity

Red Hat is seeking a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to become a part of their Cloud Partners team. The role involves managing technical enablement for both Red Hat's internal sellers and global cloud partners, focusing on the Certified Cloud and Service Program (CCSP). The individual will be in charge of creating various technical content, platforms, and Day 1-30 how-to's to facilitate the use of Red Hat Solutions by partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and updating quarterly CCSP technical and program guides.
  • Preparing sales and partner presentations to showcase the advantages of Red Hat solutions.
  • Gathering feedback on product implementations and partner needs to improve portfolio adoption.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in partner meetings and for technical queries related to the cloud.
  • Analyzing product adoption data across the CCSP ecosystem and providing strategic recommendations for global business growth.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Red Hat's product portfolio and acting as a partner team expert in creating partner resources.
  • Collaborating with sales strategists and leaders to support relationships with global cloud providers and regional service providers.
  • Keeping abreast of industry news and developments in cloud computing, Kubernetes, and containers.
  • Offering strategic recommendations to partner managers and executives to boost revenue growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in the related job area.
  • Experience with public cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in creating technical marketing materials, product messaging, and demos.
  • Familiarity with Linux and Kubernetes.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in partner ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for work purposes, adhering to Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines.

Compensation

A competitive salary range of $125,760 to $207,530 is offered, with actual compensation based on qualifications and experience.
