Join a key initiative expanding a mental health service provider network throughout Asia. In this role, you are at the forefront of recruiting and matching qualified mental health professionals with clients in need. You'll be responsible for maintaining databases, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, and managing a caseload with a focus on efficiency and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

The position involves several critical tasks aimed at enhancing the mental health services:

  • Expanding the provider network in China and Macau.
  • Onboarding professionals for ad hoc psychological support.
  • Assessing clients and matching them with suitable providers.
  • Maintaining accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Provider database.
  • Ensuring prompt response to provider inquiries.
  • Distributing guidelines and materials during recruitment.
  • Reviewing applications and ensuring thoroughness.
  • Upholding confidentiality of client information.
  • Communicating with hiring managers regarding provider information.
  • Managing caseloads proactively for efficient service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates seeking to join must meet the following criteria:

  • 1-2 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
  • Openness to a full-time, 2-month contract position.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Recruiting experience in the Asian job market.
  • Proficiency in database management.
  • Experience with remote work setups.
  • Prior involvement in a growing startup.
  • Location: Malaysia or Philippines preferred.
