  • Analysis: Work in concert with Support leadership to pinpoint retention trends and user experience pain points, leveraging analytical tools to forecast account health and predict renewals.

Prospective applicants should have over 5 years of GTM Ops experience, with a strong inclination towards Support functions, and at least 3 years of SFDC Admin experience, SQL expertise is highly beneficial.
