Experience in management consulting or investment banking, including internships, may also be considered. Technical qualifications include proficiency in Excel, experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, Python, and knowledge of a financial forecasting tool such as Adaptive Insights.
Prospective analysts should demonstrate strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are also important, along with a solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
