We're seeking a Sr Manager to join our Business Operations team based in Palo Alto, California. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytics and operations skills, ready to lead and influence our strategic planning and business reporting. The candidate should have over 7 years of experience in a similar role, embrace ambiguity, and show a start-up mentality. This hybrid position necessitates presence in our Palo Alto office for approximately 2 days a week.
The Sr Manager will lead strategic initiatives such as business case drafting and monetization strategies, drive business reporting, assist with strategic planning, collaborate cross-functionally, and establish efficient processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business strategy, be adept at managing large datasets, possess outstanding communication skills, demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, manage time effectively, and be comfortable in a high growth environment. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is also required, along with the ability to work onsite in Palo Alto as needed.
