Senior Workday HRIS Analyst at Relativity

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex HRIS projects and the implementation of new functionalities and modules as needed.
  • Support the development and management of the HRIS roadmap and maintain stakeholder relationships across HR and business.
  • Research and resolve HRIS problems, recommend solutions, support multi-department projects, and represent HR and Workday interests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Workday, translate end-user needs into system requirements, create and manage documentation for training purposes.
  • Lead HRIS components for annual HR programs and maintain a library of HR reports for use by HR and business leaders.
  • Stay updated on HR system trends and best practices, while advising and guiding HRIS team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of Workday experience with in-depth knowledge of 2+ Workday modules.
  • Experience in fast-paced technology companies or global enterprises preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, alongside 2+ years of project management experience.
  • A strong understanding of HRIS database designs and strong analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with strict security and confidentiality practice.
  • Knowledge of integration setup and data privacy laws like GDPR & CCPA is a plus.

Compensation and Culture

With a competitive compensation package, Relativity offers a base salary, performance bonuses, and long-term incentives. The salary range for this role is 139,000 to 188,000 PLN gross/year subject to various factors.
