Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, set deadlines, assign duties and monitor the progress of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Handle project resource allocation and track performance to analyze the successful completion of goals.
• Effectively manage project scope, schedule, and costs, reporting any changes or escalations to management.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, performing risk management and establishing vendor relationships.
• Create detailed documentation for projects and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Utilize tools such as ClickUp, Figma, and Google Documents for project management needs.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in project management within web or mobile technologies is essential.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Must have solid organizational skills, high attention to detail, and superb multitasking abilities.
• A good understanding of web and mobile development best practices, vocabulary, and agile processes is required.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp or JIRA, and communication via Zoom, Email, and Slack is necessary.
