The Book of Record team stands as the backbone of Wealthsimple, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all products. The team is tasked with transforming complex financial data into easily understandable formats for clients, maintaining the data's accuracy, and enabling near real-time availability.
In your role, you will be responsible for treating data as a product, providing a vision for the platform, and working closely with teams across the company to enhance our financial systems. You will lead and support a team of engineers, manage complex projects, and partner with various departments to ensure clarity and accuracy in the financial data provided to clients. Monitoring key metrics and fostering the development of our Product Management practice are also crucial parts of the role.
Ideal candidates have a proven record of delivering beloved products and come equipped with a 'shipping mentality', ready to learn, iterate, and lead complex, cross-functional projects.
