As a leader, you will manage a group of recruiters in charge of the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing to hiring, to fill current and anticipated vacancies. Your responsibilities also involve providing mentorship, direction, and coaching to your team.

Maintaining strong relationships with leaders across the organization is key, as it helps in understanding the talent needs and facilitating effective recruitment strategies. Leveraging data and presenting scorecards will be part of your role to inform decisions, track progress, and identify areas for enhancement.

You will be expected to create and promote cutting-edge sourcing strategies and lead talent acquisition projects aimed at optimizing talent attraction and movement within the company. Additionally, you will develop and refine SnapCare's recruitment program, policies, and procedures.

What You Need to Succeed

Success in this role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of experience as a Director of Recruiting. Healthcare recruitment experience is critical, and you should bring over five years in this area.
