This one-year contract position is integral for the daily operations of the WFM and for supporting client experience improvement. A successful candidate will possess at least one year of WFM experience, have a passion for data and analytics, and exhibit strong communication skills. Familiarity with SQL and workforce management tooling is highly advantageous.

In this role, your responsibilities include daily support for stakeholders, forecasting and capacity planning, scheduling optimization, and providing staffing recommendations. Deep knowledge of WFM tools and methodologies is expected, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You'll also need to prioritize effectively and collaborate with various teams across the organization.
