Job Opportunity as Senior WordPress Engineer at Find

Find is expanding and is in search of a skilled Senior WordPress Engineer to join one of its fastest-growing teams. This key role demands a Full-stack Engineer with a focus on WordPress. The selected candidate will play an instrumental role in the development and upkeep of the company’s essential affiliate sites. Key Responsibilities

• Handle both back-end and front-end development, ensuring website security and compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams and upper management to oversee website layout, structure, content, appearance, and performance.
• Engage in developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining web development processes and procedures.
• Design and manage the website back-end, including database and server integrations.
• Develop responsive, standards-compliant HTML5 and CSS3 themes and plugins for WordPress.
• Perform website performance testing to maintain a high SEO benchmark score.

Requirements for the Role

• At least 5 years of professional experience with WordPress development in an agency or production setting.
• Proficiency in PHP with an understanding of PSRs (PHP Standards Recommendations) and adherence to best practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WordPress development standards and best practices.
• A solid grasp of databases and SQL.
• Frontend experience with HTML markup, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3, and responsive design.
