Spanning up to 12 months, this fully remote role involves creating digital content on numerous sports, including NBA, MLB, and NFL. The candidate will write posts, produce fantasy analysis, participate in live streams, and collaborate with NBC Sports Rotoworld writers to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Responsibilities

• Create original content and provide insightful analysis on sports news and events.
• Produce video content for both live and on-demand audiences.
• Collaborate with the writing team to maintain consistent and up-to-date sports coverage.

Qualifications

• Robust editorial judgment and knowledge of multiple sports.
• At least one year of sports writing experience.
• Familiarity with fantasy sports writing and terms.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce accurate and original content under deadline pressure.

Desired Characteristics

• Team player with proficiency in video and audio content presentation.
• Knowledge of HTML/web-authoring tools and sports research methods.
• Understanding of AP style and fact-checking.
• Experience with sports betting and fantasy sports is advantageous.
