Significant interaction with JIRA allows you to track and complete user requests while ensuring satisfaction.

Preventative maintenance and user training are part of your proactive strategy to mitigate future problems. Inventory tracking and liaising with departments such as Pharmacy Operations and Software Development underline the collaborative nature of your role. Professional Requirements

Applicants must have over five years of IT support service experience, particularly in supporting various technologies such as MacOS, Windows, Okta, Zoom, and Google Suite. Support to a diverse remote user community is a strong aspect of the required skill set.
