Senior DevRel Engineer Position Overview

A cutting-edge Layer 1 Blockchain project is seeking to fill a remote, full-time position of Senior DevRel Engineer. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in onboarding protocol partners and creating efficient processes. This role requires coordination across various departments such as Engineering, Business Development, Product, and Design teams.

Key Responsibilities

The future Senior DevRel Engineer will:

• Provide comprehensive technical support to developers and integration partners.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, serving as an escalation point.
• Standardize and operate developer support processes.
• Develop and improve technical documentation and support systems.
• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders about technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for necessary technical adjustments.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants should have:

• Over 2 years in Integration Engineer or DevRel roles.
• Experience with onboarding systems for customers and partners.
• At least 1 year of experience in the web3 space.
• Experience with web applications, JSON, REST APIs, and various scripting languages.
• Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
• An adaptable, problem-solving approach in niche markets.

Desirable Skills

While not required, the following are valuable:

• Technical writing and building onboarding systems.
• Familiarity with web technologies, microservice architecture, and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in database technologies and scripting languages.
• An understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and blockchain technology.

Interview Process

Candidates will undergo the following interview stages:

• Recruiter Screen (30 minutes).
• Conversation with the Head of Business Development (1 hour).
