Creative Director Role

The company is in search of a Creative Director specializing in web UI and design systems to join the Brand and Creative team. This role requires a demonstrated ability to operate independently, collaborate across functions, and deliver outstanding design experiences aligned with business goals. A comprehensive portfolio is essential for demonstrating an obsession with design, a penchant for strategic thinking, and creating exceptional brand experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging visuals and artworks that adhere to the brand identity.
  • Enhance visual expressions, information hierarchies, and digital experiences, creating immersive storytelling.
  • Create web layouts, animations, videos, banners, and interactive experiences.
  • Update web design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with teams on multiple key projects.
  • Develop digital design standards for broad use.
  • Maintain cohesive brand expression across various platforms.
  • Interface with design, development, and engineering teams for project realization.
  • Disseminate best practices among colleagues and stakeholders to improve creative processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in art, design, or similar with 8-12 years in graphic design and creative direction.
  • Proven experience with a major SaaS/Tech brand, managing brand experiences at a high level.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a rich portfolio showcasing design excellence.
