Candidates should have a proven background in Learning and Development with an understanding of adult learning theories. They should possess a partnership mindset, excellent communication skills, and initiative. Experience with groups like Engineering and Product Design is a bonus. Adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and LMS familiarity are crucial.
Note: The role may involve up to 20% North American travel to support learning programs.
