Duties of the Head of Analytics Marketing

The future Head of Analytics Marketing will utilize analytics to develop innovative ways of optimizing the company's advertising spend and partner with the data science and engineering team to scale these. They will be responsible for ensuring real-time monitoring, alerting, and automation, communicating the team's vision and progress to C-level stakeholders, and building a team of high-performing analysts.

Qualifications for the Role

The potential candidate should have at least 5 years of work experience in an analytics field working with automated, algorithmic systems. They should have a strong understanding of statistics and technical programming skills, and previous work experience in Amazon's ad ecosystem, PPC advertising, ACoS targeting, and other ad platforms would be beneficial. Strong quantitative reasoning skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level are also required.


Thrasio believes in paying its employees equitably, hence, the estimated base annual salary for this position ranges from $135,000 to $215,000, and may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, limitations, and other factors.
