The Role of Demand Generation Manager

Swirlds Labs seeks a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to lead and implement strategies for Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team and external partners to create impactful campaigns for Web3 enterprises. Responsibilities extend to personalizing digital interactions, managing ABM on the physical front, and meticulously measuring campaign effectiveness.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and optimize comprehensive Demand Generation and ABM campaigns using multiple channels, including Email, Display, Video Webinars, and others.
• Devise engaging physical ABM initiatives, from conceptualizing events to crafting direct mail campaigns.
• Partner with teams across Swirlds Labs, including marketing, business development, and product teams.
• Take ownership of campaign metrics to determine their overall effect within the marketing funnel.

Essential Qualifications for Candidates

• Bachelor's degree is required with 3-5 years of experience in leading marketing lead/demand generation campaigns.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in managing ABM campaigns with proficiency in targeted multi-channel marketing initiatives.
• Competence in using CRM and Marketing Automation Systems, specifically HubSpot, as well as expertise in data analysis and interpretation of market trends.
