We are seeking a passionate Commercial Sales Representative (CSR) to enhance our Sales team's efforts in the EMEA region. The CSR will independently handle the entire sales cycle, targeting companies with staff ranging from 101 to 2,000 employees. From the qualification of leads to closing deals, the CSR is expected to spearhead the generation of new business while also growing existing accounts.
The dynamic role entails a variety of responsibilities, including prospecting potential clients, effectively communicating with prospects from different managerial levels, and qualifying leads through both inbound and outbound initiatives. They are tasked with constructing persuasive business arguments bolstered by strong ROI justifications to secure new clients and extend partnerships with current ones. A crucial aim for the CSR is to meet or surpass the set annual sales targets that involve acquiring new clients (new logos) and enlarging the scope of current client accounts (existing logos).
The position, reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, is designed for candidates who exemplify a proactive and determined approach every day. Professional experience in B2B software sales, particularly in technical products aimed at developer roles, is fundamental. A successful candidate will have a documented history of managing and developing a healthy sales pipeline, as well as a background in software start-up and strongly competitive sales surroundings. Exceptional skills in both written and verbal presentations are paramount.
