Job Role and Responsibilities

The appointed individual will be responsible for making cold calls, sending cold emails, and utilizing social media to secure appointments. The candidate needs charisma and a prowess in cold calling, ensuring engagements lead to potential prospect conversions. The role demands full-time commitment, working from 9 am to 5 pm MST, from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications Required

To be eligible, applicants must be fluent in English, with bilingual abilities in Spanish viewed favorably. Financial transactions require the ability to receive direct deposits in US Dollars or through PayPal. Candidates need a phone capable of making calls into the US, ideally through Google Voice or a similar application with assignment of a local Arizona number. Furthermore, maintaining an active and appropriate Facebook account is necessary for the position, along with at least a year of outbound appointment-setting experience. Ongoing Zoom training attendance is mandatory, as is owning a reliable computer with camera and consistent internet connectivity.

Compensation Structure

The compensation package offers a base salary starting at $1,000 per month, with a tiered commission structure. Commissions are earned on the appointments that are successfully sold. The structure is as follows:

  1. For 0-7 appointments, the commission is $5 per sale.
  2. Between 8-24 appointments, the commission increases to $15.
  3. Upon reaching 25 appointments, the commission further escalates to $30.

Performance reviews executed at the 60- and 90-day marks could adjust the base salary, with subsequent reviews taking place quarterly. After a tenure of 90 days, and showcasing exemplary performance, an opportunity for advancement into a sales position may be offered.
