Candidates must have over eight years of UX Design or Product Design experience and a history of user-centric solutions. Strong leadership capabilities for managing cross-functional teams are required along with strategic, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills for conveying complex design strategies to executive teams.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related fields, along with a deep understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design processes. Familiarity with the latest UX design and technology trends is also required.
