Your Next Career

As a Technical Program Manager, you'll be navigating through multiple projects, creating detailed plans, and ensuring successful implementation of customer-facing platforms. You'll need to strategize, anticipate changes, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive customer value. Effective communication with stakeholders and the ability to lead projects to fruition is critical.

Your Responsibilities

• Partnering with customers to curtail their digital commerce needs.
• Documenting project plans detailing technical design, architecture, and implementation processes.
• Allocating resources, coordinating deployments, and rolling out successful implementations.
• Engaging in road map creation, stakeholder motivation, and holding accountability for results.
• Evaluating product functionality, conducting analyses, and leading process improvements.
• Working with business leads to translate requirements into actionable plans.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience and qualifications in technical fields, Agile Scrum methodologies, and project management.
• Adept at using the Atlassian suite, with a preference for experience in e-commerce and modern software architecture.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred, or significant practical experience.

The base salary range for this role lies between USD 100k to 130k annually.
