Role and Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will engage in planning, creating, and maintaining comprehensive developer documentation in collaboration with Oxla's Engineering Teams. The role involves designing information architectures and navigation flows that enhance the user journey, preparing style guides, and crafting educational content. The writer will also develop technical guides for Oxla's blog and work on identifying and improving workflow and procedural challenges both within and across teams.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this position, candidates must have substantial experience in researching and writing technical documents related to SDKs, APIs, frameworks, or database systems development. Proficiency in SQL and excellent writing and editing skills are mandatory. Familiarity with general technical writing patterns, functional knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Git, and a proactive communication mindset are essential traits. Additionally, effective time management, strong attention to detail, curiosity, and experience in working remotely are highly valued. A candidate's ability in cross-team collaboration and a great command of English are crucial for success in this role.
