Role of Web & Marketing Designer

Uscreen is currently seeking a talented Web & Marketing Designer to collaborate with their creative team and enhance the visual aspects of the company. The ideal candidate should have experience working with SaaS companies and the drive to grow with Uscreen. This role is essential in helping Uscreen establish itself as an industry leader in creative content.

The Web & Marketing Designer will be instrumental in ensuring strategic, seamless user experiences. Their tasks will include working closely with the marketing and sales teams to elevate the global Uscreen brand, optimizing the customer journey end-to-end, and conceptualizing original website designs to solve complex challenges, particularly in mobile applications. The successful candidate will execute all stages of web design, from concept development to final handoff to engineering, ensuring a cohesive and refined visual language that extends the brand through illustrations, icons, typography, animations, and more.

Key Responsibilities

The Web & Marketing Designer will establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. They will create and manage a wide array of marketing and brand collateral, such as brand guidelines, websites, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, social media assets, email templates, and video assets.

They will act as an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company. This includes contributing to design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling. Additionally, the designer will conduct market research to identify trends and understand customer preferences, collaborating with various internal teams to develop design concepts for different initiatives like product launches and campaigns.



Requirements and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in brand design, preferably in a fast-paced creative environment. They must have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and executional excellence across multiple mediums. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, UX/UI design, design principles, typography, and color theory is essential. Experience with animation is a plus.

Effective communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and iterate quickly. The designer should be open-minded about feedback, willing to grow, and preferably have experience working with product managers and engineers. A growth mindset and a positive attitude are vital for success in this role, with knowledge of the Creator Economy being beneficial.
