Key Responsibilities

This role also involves maintaining and evaluating internal controls to ensure they operate effectively, as well as mentoring junior team members in complex accounting matters.

Another essential duty is to support the month-end and quarter-end closing processes and to constantly identify and implement improvements in the quote-to-cash process. Cross-functional collaboration is key, requiring partnerships with Revenue Operations, Billing, and FP&A teams to develop policies, support contract compliance, and drive automation initiatives.

The role also includes providing audit support and assisting with technical research and various projects as needed. Evaluating and leading revenue testing for new company initiatives to understand their impact on revenue and financial systems is also a part of the job. Additionally, the manager will work with Enterprise Apps and Business Transformation teams to promote ongoing enhancements in financial systems.

This position is designated as Remote, meaning the employee is not required to be near an office regularly and works from a specified remote location. DocuSign has specific job designations such as In Office, Hybrid, and Remote, and reserves the right to change them based on business needs within legal constraints.



Qualifications and Skills

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, an active CPA or similar qualification, and over eight years of combined public accounting and corporate revenue experience. Knowledge of revenue recognition guidelines for enterprise software and SaaS is essential.
