Our Culture

At Sardine, the cultural ethos is built on flexibility, autonomy, and balance. Though physical hubs exist in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, and Toronto, we champion a remote-first work culture. This approach allows team members to work from anywhere, emphasizing productivity over presence. We prioritize hiring talented, self-driven individuals and then trust them to perform without micromanagement. The measure of success lies in performance, not hours worked. We believe in enabling our employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance, ensuring they don't miss significant life events due to rigid work schedules.
