The contractor will be tasked with developing and implementing social media strategies to bolster brand awareness and audience engagement. Responsibilities include creating, curating, and managing published content across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Monitoring social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities is essential. Additionally, analyzing performance metrics will form a core part of this role to ensure constant growth and enhancement of Mango’s social media presence.

Copywriting Responsibilities

In the realm of copywriting, the individual will oversee Mango’s internal and external messaging through content creation. The scope of work includes producing content for diverse communication channels such as company newsletters, social media, blogs, PR, advertisements, and lead generation. Crafting both engaging short and long-form content aimed at attracting and retaining customers is essential. The aim is to expand the company's awareness through relevant and compelling thought leadership across key markets and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities in Copywriting

Key duties involve crafting compelling copy for multiple business verticals, developing marketing materials including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. A deep understanding of Mango’s product features and services is required to effectively integrate them into the content strategy. Additionally, the contractor will act as the gatekeeper and final proofreader of all content, ensuring superior grammatical execution, accuracy, and correctness.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in both copywriting and social media management, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
