Key Responsibilities
The selected UI/UX Designer will undertake several core duties that will ensure seamless and efficient product development. The responsibilities include:
Defining and analyzing product problems and high-level user needs to propose and create effective design solutions.
Drafting user flows, UI designs, component libraries, and prototypes to communicate the intended user experience.
Conducting continuous user and product research to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Creating unified, comprehensive user experiences through collaboration with the UX/UI and web graphic team members to ensure a successful product launch.
Gathering feedback from designers, product managers, and users to persistently improve the product’s design and functionality.
Examining new products to satisfy market needs and consumer preferences.
Writing feature annotations for web developers, blending creativity with a keen understanding of design elements.
Translating initial concepts, mock-ups, and wireframes into complete designs and UIs ready for Figma handoffs.
Collaborating with project managers, designers, web developers, and other departments to create various projects and campaigns.
Primary Requirements
Prospective candidates for the UI/UX Designer position should meet the following requirements:
A university degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an analogous degree.
At least three years of experience in a relevant position.
A portfolio showcasing experience in problem-solving and considering technical constraints while designing for multiple platforms, such as desktop, mobile, Android, and iOS.
Extensive knowledge of industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe CC, and other prototyping tools.
Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual design.
Demonstrated experience in illustration, web design, iconography, and logo creation.
A natural team player who exhibits creativity and a passion for product design.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
