Experience: 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience in applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems, particularly with web-scale data.



Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python or R, along with competency in SQL or Hive, is essential.

Business Acumen: A strong business and product sense is required to transform abstract questions into concrete analyses and metrics that direct business decisions.

Communication: The ability to lead initiatives across various product areas and effectively communicate findings with leadership and product teams is crucial.

Project Leadership: Experience in leading significant technical projects and influencing the scope and outputs of others is important.
