Position Overview

As the HR Manager at Qualee, you will be a pivotal member of the People Operations team, tasked with ensuring that the company remains a supportive and engaging workplace for all global employees. Reporting to leadership, your role will involve developing and implementing people strategies that align with Qualee’s organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring the selection and onboarding of top talent who align with Qualee’s culture and values.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement strategies to promote a positive and engaging work environment. Utilize Qualee’s platform to collect workforce insights and drive continuous improvements in employee satisfaction.
• Learning & Development: Oversee employee training programs, upskilling initiatives, and career development opportunities to facilitate the professional growth of team members.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws and regulations across various regions. Manage and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values and industry best practices.
• Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal systems, providing coaching and development plans to team members to foster continuous feedback and growth.
• Employee Relations: Function as the main point of contact for HR-related queries, offering support to resolve issues, and maintaining an open and communicative workplace environment.
• Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives, collaborating with leadership to cultivate an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

Requirements

This role requires proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar capacity, preferably within a technology or remote-first environment. A strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws is essential. Candidates should possess a passion for fostering positive work cultures, excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing HR matters with sensitivity and confidentiality. Familiarity with HR tools and systems, particularly AI-powered platforms, is beneficial. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable in a remote and high-paced setting, and has experience driving DEI initiatives.
