As a Program Manager within the Enterprise Agility Team at JumpCloud, you will be instrumental in guiding the delivery of large-scale product engineering and user experience initiatives that cross multiple teams and regions. The role demands close collaboration with the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) engineering leader to drive program execution, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating activities across dispersed teams, proactively identifying and resolving potential roadblocks, and ensuring the success of each program. Comprehensive documentation and tracking of program status and milestones in JIRA is integral to the role.
JumpCloud seeks program management professionals with a proven track record of success within complex multinational environments. Applicants should possess at least 7 years of experience in program management, with a particular focus on cross-functional initiatives in varying geographic regions.
