As the Manager of Marketing Communications at PatientIQ, you will be an essential marketing leader tasked with the development, management, and execution of both exceptional and effective marketing campaigns as well as communication initiatives targeting both internal and external audiences. You will supervise the creation and execution of a wide array of content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, email campaigns, videos, and more. Your editorial oversight ensures that all publications maintain alignment with the brand's voice and strategy.
You will also ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the defined user and buyer personas as well as value propositions. Daily marketing activities will be guided and objectives implemented to stay on track with business goals like lead generation and client retention. Managing junior team members and vendor relationships will also be critical tasks, along with conducting ongoing analysis of marketing opportunities and needs.
Working cross-functionally, you will enable internal stakeholders to exceed their objectives by providing them with necessary tools, materials, and insightful presentations. Synthesizing feedback from various stakeholders into actionable marketing strategies is another important aspect of this role.
The position requires an advanced degree relevant to the field and at least seven years of professional experience in marketing, communications, journalism, public affairs, or related areas. Experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory, with a preference for those with healthcare SaaS marketing experience. Expertise in branding and both traditional and digital marketing/communication strategies is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
The candidate should possess a strategic mindset, with the capability to transform strategies into effective tactics. Proficiency in determining marketing campaign scopes, milestones, objectives, and dependencies is necessary. Experience in managing external teams or vendors, leading internal team members, and making data-driven marketing decisions is also crucial, requiring strong organizational and planning skills.
