As a Software Developer, your role encompasses writing robust, maintainable code, collaborating with project managers, product designers, and developers, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to SmartLogic’s continuous journey of technical enhancement. Professional expertise in Ruby on Rails and/or Phoenix/Elixir is a prerequisite, along with exceptional communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and proficiency in decomposing client requirements into implementable actions. A passion for learning and remaining up-to-date with industry developments is highly desirable. Comfort with participating in agile ceremonies and an interest in Flutter for mobile app development would be advantageous.
