We’re currently searching for a Senior Talent Partner join our newly formed European Talent Acquisition team. If you have a knack for finding the best and brightest Design talent, and obsess over creating meaningful candidate experiences, please considering calling Designit home. 

As Senior Talent Partner at Designit, you’ll own the complete lifecycle recruiting, talent acquisition process, and pipeline recruiting playbook for our Design stack, and most importantly, make a lasting impact on the People and Culture of our company. 

What you will do:

  • Source top-level Design talent using both traditional and innovative recruiting methods  
  • Leverage recruiting systems and tools to help identify qualified candidates
  • Leverage recruiting systems and tools to help identify qualified candidates  
  • Maintain proper procedures with in-house Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates and requisitions  
  • Review CV and portfolios for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements  
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position  
  • Screen, evaluate, and ensure candidates meet the agency values; create and present prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval  
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates  
  • Organise, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates  
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities  
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities  
  • Partner closely with our internal hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the Design Domain’s culture, clients and project teams.   

What you will bring

  • Three plus years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with a primary focus in Design disciplines  
  • Experience working within an Design Studio or specialist recruitment agency. 
  • Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and salary trends, negotiation skills, relationship management, and due diligence  
  • Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required 
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions, both for full-time and freelance  
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills; must be able to manage time and work with little to no supervision as this role is 100% remote 
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures  
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients 
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of Design positions including, Visual, UX, UI, Business, Brand and Service Design.
