Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Own overall ServiceNow sales budget management, forecasting, and reporting. This includes monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range planning process
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to serve as a trusted advisor to critical strategic and financial decisions
  • Partner with America’s Geo President to help manage the region’s financial performance and partner with the International Finance team to consolidate overall sales performance/results
  • Drive high quality analytics and reporting to support Corporate FP&A deliverables
  • Drive automation and improve existing financial reporting – standardize reporting and analysis
  • Manage and train a team of capable financial analysts and manager
  • Partner cross functionally with Line of Business FP&A teams, Accounting, SEC reporting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other parts of the organization
  • Work independently and drive change in a fast growing and moving environment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 10+ years of financial analysis experience in some combination of corporate finance, ideally focused on sales/go-to-market, and/or institutional finance (eg investment banking, growth/private equity investing) with a focus in software preferred
  • Highly analytical, fact driven, process orientated, but comfortable challenging the status quo and setting new strategic/operational direction
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial accounting, and financial analysis
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Advanced experience in MS excel and SAP applications; experience with Anaplan, BI applications a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, CPA qualification a plus
