The candidate should have experience with diversity recruitment, project management, and developing recruitment strategies from job postings to onboarding. The candidate should also have a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Experience with interview training and education, working with internal employee resource/network groups, leading employment branding strategies and familiarity with advanced HR technology would be an asset but not necessary.
The total compensation for this position is between $140,000 - $190,000 USD and includes benefits and potential for discretionary performance bonuses. The company also offers perks like Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, 401(k) contribution, paid parental leave, and paid vacation & sick time.
