Your Role

The-position-of-Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition is open to be filled. The Senior Manager will be entrusted with the responsibilities of leading the Talent Acquisition efforts, partnering with the People team, and driving the TA strategies. The candidate should be a critical thinker and a trusted adviser for department leaders and executives, and be passionate about finding key talents across the US.

What You’ll Do:

The-Senior Manager is expected to develop best class talent acquisition strategies, provide positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers, manage external agencies, stay compliant with recruitment practices, analyze workforce trends and guide the offer negotiation process. The manager should also implement best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation, manage talent programs, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

What You’ll Need:

Second Dinner is looking for someone with strong experience leading a talent acquisition function and extensive experience as a full-cycle recruiter in the tech or game dev space. The candidate should have experience with diversity recruitment, project management, and developing recruitment strategies from job postings to onboarding. The candidate should also have a strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nice to Have, But Not Necessary:

Experience with interview training and education, working with internal employee resource/network groups, leading employment branding strategies and familiarity with advanced HR technology would be an asset but not necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation for this position is between $140,000 - $190,000 USD and includes benefits and potential for discretionary performance bonuses. The company also offers perks like Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, 401(k) contribution, paid parental leave, and paid vacation & sick time.
