This is a full-time remote contract opportunity. The Writer will sit within the esteemed marketing department of their client, a leading provider of news and professional markets information.
The hired individual will be tasked with creating compelling content focused on legal industry matters for 'top-of-funnel' digital marketing web pages. By leveraging their expertise, they will improve existing categories and product pages, summarizing industry trends and challenges, and articulating how these can be remedied through the company's offerings.
The Digital Marketing Writer will be part of the Digital Activation team. They will work hand-in-hand with in-house digital writers, content strategists, and SEO managers. They will also interact with a team of SEO consultants who provide recommendations for creating valuable and unique website content.
This role follows EST or CST business hours. It includes the ability to purchase healthcare benefits with an offered 401k.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, writing, communications, PR, or journalism. They should also have at least two years of digital marketing copywriting experience in a legal setting. Moreover, solid English writing and editing skills, familiarity with AP style and grammar rules, and experience with content management systems such as GatherContent would be a plus. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
