Role of the Solution Architect

Plative Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to analyze and understand business needs to design complex solutions and ensure successful implementations. The architect will work closely with the client, sales partners, and delivery team members. This role requires strong technical abilities, functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce and its offerings, industry experience, and superior consulting capabilities. The Solution Architect will lead engagements with medium & enterprise clients, create compelling visions, and execute strategies.

Required Skills

The Solution Architect should be a strong presenter, facilitator, and should possess the ability to have difficult conversations to drive business strategies. Their responsibilities include collaborating with the sales organization, supporting account executives, providing strategic guidance, designing comprehensive solutions, and delivering inspiring demonstrations. They are expected to understand and analyze the clients' needs, steer the solution approach, and advise business stakeholders on required products, configurations, and customizations.

Job Responsibilities

They are responsible for defining technical solutions that include platform customization, custom codes, systems integration, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. Other responsibilities include collaboration with the Salesforce delivery practice lead, providing input to cross-functional departments pertaining to customer requests and product enhancements. It is crucial for the Solution Architect to perform requirements analysis for new and existing customers in the sales process.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 10 years of successful IT experience and 5 years as a Salesforce Architect in a midsize to large organization. They should possess a strong knowledge of web service APIs & limitations, excellent communication and presentation skills, a quick ability to learn, and be a positive, creative team member.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in building point-to-point integrations leveraging Apex and experience with enterprise middlewares such as Jitterbit, Boomi, & Mulesoft is preferred. Familiarity with Netsuite and Front End JS frameworks such as REACT, Aura, & Angular is a plus.
