The Senior Engineer at TYB is expected to drive the design and implementation of durable software solutions, lead end-to-end initiatives across multiple layers of architecture, and deliver features that delight users across web and mobile applications.
Their tech stack includes React / NextJS frontend on web, React Native on mobile; Node, Postgres, and DynamoDB in the backend; Kubernetes hosted on AWS.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, Java and equivalent experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL and AWS, Docker, Kubernetes. Mobile application development experience is appreciated but not required.
The company offers a fully remote work environment with a competitive salary, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. Ideal candidates should be able to overlap with the preferred timezone (NYC) for at least 4 hours each day.
