As the Head of Analytics Marketing, the focus will be on driving the development of Thrasio’s platform that manages advertising spend across several marketing platforms and ecommerce sites. The use of analytics to measure platform performance is crucial, as is collaborating with stakeholders in product, engineering, data science, and marketing channels. Advanced analytics, real-time monitoring, and producing a communication strategy that fits all relevant stakeholders are some of the vital day-to-day responsibilities.
The candidate must have at least five years of relevant analytics field experience, especially with automated algorithmic systems and PPC advertising. A strong understanding of data and KPIs and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Familiarity with Amazon’s ad ecosystem, ACoS targeting and other ad platforms like Google PLA and SEO optimization are beneficial. Coding skills in SQL, Python, R etc., are a bonus but not mandatory.
The salary is expected to range from $135,000 to $215,000 annually, which is based on factors like skills, qualifications, experience, business needs, and limitations, ensuring fair and equitable pay for all employees.
