Close is looking for the first Head of Performance Marketing to manage and scale performance-based customer acquisition channels including paid, partnerships, affiliates, and email marketing. This role also involves implementing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate both leads and pipeline. You will bear the responsibility of coordinating 3-6 individual contributors and report to Nick Persico, the Senior Director of Sales & Marketing. You should have 6+ years of experience in performance marketing in B2B SaaS, a deep familiarity with the SMB tech stack, and 3+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in SEO, SEM, and analytical tools including Google's product suite, Ahrefs, Customer.io, VWO, and Hotjar is a must, along with SQL proficiency and excel advanced functions handling.
Key tasks involve managing and growing existing performance-based customer acquisition channels, supporting your team, and exploring, testing, and iterating a variety of customer acquisition campaigns. Reporting detailed results and recommendations to the leadership team, and assisting the Sales team in identifying new strategies would also be part of your obligations.
