The role constitutes managing the complete job posting process from data-driven multi-posting campaigns to deep analysis along the candidate journey. The ideal candidate is expected to have multiple years of experience in a comparable role (Sales, Customer Success, Key Account) dealing with destination customers in the B2B software industry (SaaS).

Responsibilities involve effective onboarding of new customers and identifying opportunities and potentials on both ends, introducing customers to additional products and new developments from GOhiring.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should also be familiar with CRM systems like Hubspot, collaboration tools like Slack, and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI. The candidate should have a university degree and their timezone should not differ by more than 4 hours from Central European Time.

The candidate should be proficient in both German and English. Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with system environments, players, and processes in the recruiting industry.
