CORCYM is currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HRBP's primary function is to work hand-in-hand with the commercial business leaders to develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall organizational goals. The position involves working with the Centre of Expertise in designing programs and processes that effectively attract, engage, develop, and retain an optimal workforce.
As the HRBP, the successful candidate is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with the commercial business leaders and stakeholders. The HRBP is the company's primary advisor on HR matters and would be responsible for managing issues, including sensitive legal ones. They would be in charge of several HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding for the commercial operations, among others.
A strong understanding of UK and European labor legislation is critical to this role. Candidate should possess experience working in a global company, preferably with direct responsibility for the UK and other European countries. Knowledge of professional best practices and industry trends, particularly in relation to HR function, is required. Superior analytic, problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and initiative to lead change management are important attributes.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is desirable. The candidate should also have a minimum of 7 years' worth of experience managing HR in a multicountry, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
