Job Role

Splunk is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Solutions Marketing Manager. The individual should be proficient in communicating Splunk's portfolio values to its customers and is aware of creating business and technical leaders' messaging. The role further requires the building of go-to-market programs and addressing challenges using unique problem-solving skills.

Team Introduction

The appointed individual will be a part of the Solutions Marketing team, which is in charge of Splunk's corporate and cross-portfolio messages and integrated go-to-market. Their key role includes developing an integrated story that communicates Splunk’s value to its customers.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, you'll focus on strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with product & technology leadership, product marketing and content marketing teams. Your role includes building and refining the Splunk portfolio narrative, capturing customer validation case studies, building a compelling customer-facing narrative that highlights Splunk’s technical innovation and proposition.


The individual must have at least 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in SaaS, security and observability solutions. You should be a self-starter, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate complex product portfolio values, and empathize with the B2B sales process.

Payment Structures

Splunk has different pay scales depending upon the geographical location. They range from $129,600.00 – $214,500.00 per year.
