Role Expectations

The new CTO or founding engineer will play a critical role in leading the development of the Caddi extension and its backend infrastructure. Responsibilities include driving smart contract integrations, enhancing cross-chain capabilities, and crafting new features with cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

Prospective candidates should possess over four years of development experience, with proficiency in technologies like Javascript, React, Solidity, AWS, and database management. A strong leadership mentality and a passion for cryptocurrency innovation are essential.

Preferred Experience

Having knowledge in Typescript, web3.js, ethers.js, wagmi, and programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Rust is beneficial. Experience with DeFi frontends, browser extensions, smart contracts, and MEV, as well as crypto trading or investing, is also advantageous.
