Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Deputy Editor with experience in investment writing and editing. This role requires someone passionate about creating high-quality content and experienced in SEO and journalism. The successful candidate will contribute to editorial processes, manage freelancers, leverage SEO, and partake in editorial strategy and content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily edits on investment articles.
• Ensure editorial best practices and standards.
• Develop story pitches and plan news coverage.
• Expand investment and retirement content offerings.
• Recruit and train freelancers on company guidelines.
• Create SEO-driven content assignments.
• Collaborate with a global editorial team.
• Produce and edit high-quality editorial content.
• Develop methodologies for ranking products and services.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with freelancer management.
• At least two years of experience in the investment content domain.
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup culture.
• Tools proficiency (like Airtable) is beneficial.
• Media spokesperson experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of the stock market is advantageous.
